*Yukichi: Yukichi is a slang for a 10,000 yen bill or money.  Because 10,000 yen bill has a printed image of 福沢諭吉, Yukichi Fukuzawa, a famous multi-talented intellectual and founder of Keio University. 

*猫と小判　Neko to koban: original proverb is ”猫に小判, Neko ni koban” which means a waste of resource for giving valuable thing to someone who can’t appreciate its value.  It has the same meaning as “豚に真珠, casting pearls before swine”
