Comedy anime Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun is getting a second season and a four-episode sequel for After School Hanako-kun!
AidaIro, the original manga’s author, has released an illustration celebrating the announcement.
Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun began serialization in 2014. The story follows a high school student who attempts to summon Hanako-san of the Toilet, a ghost girl who haunts school toilets, but discovers that she’s actually a boy who fights supernaturals and can grant wishes – for a price.
The TV anime adaptation aired from January to March 2020 with 12 episodes. A spin-off manga titled After School Hanako-kun began in 2018 with four episodes.
