The Flash director Andy Muschietti has explained the reason for the strange-looking CGI in the movie.

The new DC superhero movie stars Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash. In the film, he teams up with an alternate version of himself and an alternate Bruce Wayne/Batman (Michael Keaton) to fight Zod (Michael Shannon) in a time-travel adventure.

Some have criticized the visual effects in the film, particularly in the opening action sequence when The Flash must save a group of babies falling from a window. “The idea, of course, is…we are in the perspective of the Flash,” Muschietti told io9 about the scene. “Everything is distorted in terms of lights and textures. We enter this ‘waterworld’ which is basically being in Barry’s POV. It was part of the design so if it looks a little weird to you that was intended”

Is there a The Flash movie end credits scene?

Yes, there is an after-credits in The Flash. It happens at the very end of the film after all the crew names have appeared.
