Marvel fans are really curious about the upcoming film The Fantastic 4, and we’re all hoping that it actually turns out to be a great movie!

We’ve all been waiting to see what Marvel would do with the Fantastic Four franchise if they got their hands on it, and we’re going to find out in the near future.

While we continue to wait, Galactus actor Ralph Ineson talked about his excitement for the film and teased the script during an interview with The Movie Dweeb.

Ineson said: “I’m just excited to be part of this absolutely insane huge world. It’s Galactus. I can’t say much, but it’s Galactus. There’s a lot to be excited about.”

The actor went on to talk about the script for The Fantastic 4, the most recent draft of which was written by Josh Friedman.

The actor said: “It’s great, and I’m not someone who knows all the lore of Marvel, but my son, he’s an expert. He’s 25, so he’s been schooling me for the last couple of months, always this, or this, no this person’s not connected to this, so he’s been teaching me all that.”

“And yeah, I mean I loved it when I got the part, and I read the script, and I was like, that’s cool as fuck, and now the more I’ve understood about the universe and the way it all fits together. I’m like yeah, that’s really cool as f*ck.”

I like the sound of that! Hopefully, the movie lives up to the hype!

Ineson is joined in the film by Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us) as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby (Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning) as Sue Storm, aka the Invisible Woman; Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things) as Johnny Storm, aka the Human Torch; and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Punisher, The Bear) as Ben Grimm, aka the Thing.

Paul Walter Houser also recently was cast in the project in an unknown role, along with Natasha Lyonne, and Julia Garner (Ozark, Inventing Anna) will take on the role of Shalla-Bal, who is an incarnation of Silver Surfer.

The movie is set in the 1960s, and the screenplay comes from Josh Friedman, who was brought in to rewrite the script originally written by Jeff Kaplan and Ian Springer.

The movie will start shooting mid-summer in England. The Fantastic 4 will hit theaters on July 25, 2025.
