Visual kei band Sadie will end their eight-year hiatus with two revival performances in 2024 titled THE REVIVAL OF SADNESS. The first performance takes place on March 17 at Toyosu PIT in Tokyo, and the second one occurs on April 7 at Namba Hatch in Osaka. Their official website and official fan club will reopen on July 1.

The momentous announcement was made at vocalist Mao’s birthday event titled Birthday Live 2021 ‘Ai Shimi no Sanka -Hymn of sadness and die-‘ performance at Shinjuku ReNY.

Sadie formed in 2005 and went on hiatus in 2015. During that time, the band released 21 singles, 6 mini-albums, 5 albums, 4 best-of albums, and 8 live DVDs, and was featured on 3 omnibuses.
