Nickelodeon has released a great new trailer for its animated series Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and this looks like it’s going to be a totally radical show!
This series is a continuation of the super fun film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, and it will continue the story of the four Ninja Turtles.
According to the show’s description, “the Turtles will be challenged like never before as Leo, Raph, Donnie and Mikey each go it alone for the first time.
“Faced with new threats and teaming up with old allies, the Turtles will discover who they really are when they don’t have their brothers at their sides.”
Ramsey Naito, president of Paramount Animation & Nickelodeon Animation added: “Reinvigorating this franchise has been years in the making, and we are thrilled to continue expanding the beloved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe and bringing new adventures to families and fans.”
Reprising their roles from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, the series features Micah Abbey as Donatello, Shamon Brown Jr. as Michelangelo, Nicolas Cantu as Leonardo, Brady Noon as Raphael and Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil.
This series is the fifth animated Ninja Turtles TV show to be developed. Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will premiere this summer exclusively on Paramount+.
