When it comes to a Simone Biles height comparison, pictures speak louder than words. Despite being notoriously short, as many of her fellow gymnasts are, Biles still packs a lot of power as a world-class athlete who is hopeful of winning multiple medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics. At the age of 27 heading into the Olympic Games, Biles stands at a small but mighty 4’8″, though she may not seem that short on television. Here is a gallery of photos showing how tall Simone Biles compared to her husband, fellow athletes, and many more.

What is the Simone Biles height difference to other people?

The following pictures reveal Simone Biles’ height difference to various celebrities, famous athletes, and other members of her family.

This incredible photo in 2017 of Simone Biles and Shaquille O’Neal, who stands at an impressive 7’1″, reveals the more than 2-foot difference in height between the pair.

In this April 2022 picture, Biles stands next to her now husband, Jonathan Owens, who in 2024 signed a two-contract as a safety with the Chicago Bears in the NFL. Owens is 5’11”, so more than a foot taller than his wife.

Biles posted this side-by-side picture of her and Team USA volleyball player David Lee on Facebook back in 2016 near the start of the Rio Olympics. In the picture, Lee stands at an impressive 6’8″, two feet higher than the gymnast. She also notes that she is 4’8″ in the photo, meaning that Biles hasn’t grown an inch in the years since then.

Simone Biles appeared in the 2022 finale of Black-ish, where she gives some advice to Andre “Dre” Johnson played by Anthony Anderson. The actor is 5″10″ tall, about the same height as Jonathan Owens.

In this pair of photos, Simone Biles stands next to her younger sister, Adria Biles, who stated that she was 5’2″ in an 2016 ESPN article. Adria stated that she is “a good head taller” than Simone and that it’s difficult for some people to tell them apart unless they are side by side.
