Luna Blaise (Manifest) is the latest actor to join the cast of Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s new Jurassic World movie.

She will be taking on a key role in the story, and she joins the previously cast Scarlett Johansson, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey and Rupert Friend.

Gareth Edwards will direct from a script written by original Jurassic Park writer David Koepp, with Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, and Patrick Crowley producing.

There’s no information regarding the film’s story or the characters that the actors will be playing, but the film will be set in a modern world where dinosaurs walk the Earth and the story is sure to involve people trying to survive.

The studio recently dated the film to be released on July 2, 2025.
