Netflix has released the first McGregor Forever trailer for the upcoming documentary series that will follow former UFC champion and Road House remake star Conor McGregor.
The four-part documentary chronicles McGregor’s 2021, dubbed “one of the most demanding years of his career,” and follows the fighter as he prepares for two fights in a 12-month period, both of which came against mixed martial artist and former Interim UFC Lightweight Champion Dustin Poirier.

What is McGregor Forever about?
“In 2021, Conor McGregor faced one of the most demanding years of his career. Three fights in twelve months with the eyes of the world watching,” says the description. “Now, as the superstar prepares for his return to the octagon as he takes on the most important battle of his career, this all-access series will be a behind the scenes look at how Conor got here and why he’s still the driving force in the UFC.”
Directed by Gotham Chopra, the docuseries comes from Religion of Sports and is executive produced by Chopra, Ameeth Sankaran, Giselle Parets, Audie Attar, Peter Berg, and Matt Goldberg.
McGregor Forever is set to premiere on Netflix on May 17, 2023.
