Users who sign up for the pre-release can download a mobile wallpaper of the cover art. This wallpaper is available for download until July 17 at 23:59 (JST).

“Trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrue Lies” features stunning guitar work from Toru Kitajima (“TK”)  on top of the steady pulses of bassist Miyoko Nakamura (“345”) and drummer Masatoshi Nakano (“Pierre”).

The third installment of the stage play, “PSYCHO-PASS: Virtue and Vice”, features the song as its opening theme.

Pre-release information for “Trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrue Lies” is available through this link.

Ling tosite sigure, a rock trio based in Saitama Prefecture, mixes elements from progressive rock, math-rock, and post-hardcore. The band’s ability to be melodic, energetic, and mellow in most of their songs makes their songs memorable. The vocal work of TK and 345 combines the harshness of post-hardcore and screamo. This contrasts the elegance of their instrumental riffs.

Their first single “Telecastic Fake Show” was released in 2008. TK handles most of the band’s musical direction and even his solo music under the name “TK from Ling tosite sigure”. The band released songs used in anime such as “Tokyo Ghoul”, “PSYCHO-PASS”, and “Chainsaw Man”. Meanwhile, Pierre does DJ gigs and audiophile-related appearances as “Pierre Nakano”. The audiophile company, Hi-Unit, released an in-ear monitor earphones in collaboration with Pierre: the Hi-Unit 003-pnk.
