Saban Films has released a trailer for an upcoming British action thriller titled Duchess, and it looks like a cool kickass movie!
The movie comes from director Neil Marshall (The Decent, Centurion) and the story follows a tough, working-class, petty criminal named Scarlett (Charlotte Kirk) “who morphs into an anti-heroine to be reckoned with in a murky underworld, in the treacherous world of diamond smuggling.
Scarlett is determined to seek retribution and “she launches into a vicious and violent pursuit for vengeance.” As you’ll see, this is a badass character, and this is sure to be a fun action flick!
Duchess also stars Philip Winchester, Colm Meaney, Stephanie Beacham, Sean Pertwee and Hoji Fortuna.
Saban Films will release Duchess direct-to-VOD on August 9th, 2024.
