The hit Japanese singer-songwriter Kenshi Yonezu announced “KENSHI YONEZU 2025 WORLD TOUR / JUNK”, which is set to include first-time performances in Asia, Europe, and the United States. Ticket sale dates vary depending on the venue, with presales starting as early as Wednesday, October 9.
On the heels of a 20-date run in Japan, this global tour will take the show abroad starting March 8, 2025, with shows in Shanghai, followed by Taipei, and Seoul.
The European leg begins March 30, 2025, and includes both London and Paris before heading to the United States in April where Kenshi Yonezu will hold concerts in both New York and Los Angeles. Be sure to check out the tour schedule below for a complete list of tour dates and venues.
Yonezu is renowned for his unique songwriting style, which blends Jpop with elements of electronic and rock. After gaining success with Vocaloid music under the stage name Hachi, Kenshi Yonezu began producing under his real name in 2012. His repertoire includes the opening theme for the popular anime series Chainsaw Man “KICK BACK”, not to mention “Chikyuugi – Spinning Globe”, which was featured as the theme song for the Academy Award-winning Studio Ghibli film “The Boy and the Heron”. The video for his hit single “Lemon” has garnered a record-breaking 885 million views and topped Billboard Japan’s year-end charts for two consecutive years.
Kenshi Yonezu sixth album LOST CORNER released digitally worldwide on August 21, reaching the Top 50 across three Billboard U.S. charts and debuted at No. 7 on Spotify’s global weekly Top Albums list. The album includes remarkable collaborations, such as his contributions to Final Fantasy XVI and ULTRAMAN in addition to Chainsaw Man and “The Boy and the Heron”.
