Virtual singer and Internet sensation Hatsune Miku has added the fantasy realm Secret Lair to her touring schedule. In a collaboration with the world-famous trading card game, Magic: The Gathering (MTG), Hatsune Miku will bring excitement to the table as she gears up for her wonderful performance in Secret Lair x Hatsune Miku: Sakura Superstar.

The official announcement by Wizards of the Coast—MTG’s publishers—states there will be four releases in this special collaboration, each celebrating a separate season. The first drop, Secret Lair x Hatsune Miku: Sakura Superstar starts on May 13, 2024, at 09:00 (PST). It will run until June 2 at 23:59 (PST) or while supplies last.

All Secret Lair x Hatsune Miku drops will be available in English and Japanese languages.

The included cards in the Secret Lair x Hatsune Miku: Sakura Superstar are as follows:

• 1x Chandra’s Ignition (as “Miku’s Spark”)
• 1x Harmonize
• 1x Azusa, Lost but Seeking (as “Miku, Lost but Singing”)

The pricing of the cards are $29.99 USD for non-foil, and $39.99 USD for rainbow foil.

The Secret Lair x Hatsune Miku: Sakura Superstar drop features a springtime theme to the limited-edition cards. As the name of the drop implies, the common theme revolves around cherry blossoms (or “sakura”, in Japanese) and prominently features the iconic pink and white color palette on all cards. Illustrations are provided by Jehan Choo, Justyna Dura, Mandy Jurgens, Dani Pendergrast, Yuko Shimizu, and SYUTSURI (出利).
