DEVILOOF releases the melodic music video False Self, taken from the recently released EP DAMNED.

After marking a new chapter with the latest EP released under the major label Tokuma Japan Communications, False Self comes out as the band’s second music video since the big milestone. It showcases a melodic sound that fans are familiar with, but with more emphasis on the symphonic end, adding a greater overall impression of epicness.

Guitarist Ray not only contributes with fantastic slick guitar solos, but also clean vocals that give the song a more emotional and melancholic tone—something we’ve seen in the past as well.

DEVILOOF released the major debut EP DAMNED under the record label Tokuma Japan Communications on March 1 this year. The EP features five songs, including Damn and False Self. The band members have assured fans that DEVILOOF’s sound will remain heavy and extreme, even after going major. Sound engineer Jeff Dunne (Crystal Lake, Crossfaith, Motionless in White) and illustrator Toshihiro Egawa (the GazettE, BABYMETAL) also took part in the project.

You can grab the EP DAMNED in physical or digital release through the album listing below.
