On January 31, DAMNED dropped the music video for “Suikyou to Majiwaru Kyouhakuteki Kachikan” (酔狂と交わる強迫的価値観), ahead of the single’s February 2025 release.
Beyond the incredible music, behind-the-scenes info has also sparked a buzz—the moth in vocalist Hitone’s mouth at the 34-second mark wasn’t a prop. According to staff, it was caught on-site and eaten whole. “He said it was bitter”, the team reported.
This isn’t the first time DAMNED has dabbled in on-set entomophagy. In their previous music video, –STAIN-, Hitone munched on a freshly caught grasshopper—apparently, that one was “delicious”.
