Cazqui’s Brutal Orchestra, the solo project formed in 2019 by guitarist Cazqui, has revealed a mind-melting live video for the unreleased song titled DEBRIS.

The music video is filled to the brim with lightning-fast transitions for the explosive song, taken from the ‘Cazqui’s Brutal Orchestra LIVE 000 “Dēmonstration”‘ performance, held on November 19, 2022, at Aoyama RiZM.

Joining Cazqui on stage are the support members, referred to by Cazqui as the “Orchestra crew” which include vocalist Kagami, guitarists Cazqui and Daichi, bassist Boogie, and drummer Zyean. During the act, they absolutely nail down the performance, complemented by an array of video effects that work their magic.

There’s screen glitching and tearing, film grain, and CRT lines that blend in with the members and audience as they go all out. Combining these elements alongside the aggressive flashing lights and high velocity live, all of this provide an extremely disorientating experience, but one that’s rewarding if it can be stomached.

That being said, the song DEBRIS is intense, almost suffocating to a degree, but undoubtedly another extremely cool song. It’s quite clear from the onscreen lyrics Kagami sings, that Cazqui is fleshing out a story with each song, expanding on his world-building.

The last time Cazqui’s Brutal Orchestra’s YouTube channel uploaded was nearly a year ago, when they revealed the epic music video for the song THE BUTTON EYES. On that note, we can’t wait to hear more, and hopefully it’ll be sooner than later.

In the meantime, guitarist Cazqui will also hold an event titled ‘Cazqui presents Hobo Monthly Event “NBA!!”‘ (ほぼマンスリーイベント “んBA！！”). This will take place on October 18 at “Shin-Yokoyama NEW SIDE BEACH!!”, and tickets sales starting from 13:00 JST on October 3.
