If your Halloween plans are looking like a ghost town, never fear! The self-proclaimed “saddest party in Japan” is back this month, inviting you to get sad and spooky.

Emo Night Tokyo is an event that brings people together through the power of music, so get ready for the upcoming Emo Night Tokyo on Sunday, October 29…just in time for Halloween!

This time around, the even will have live performances by three original artists: THE NATIVE BROADCAST, Theo JP, and GIVEN BY THE FLAMES. On top of these artists, there will be emo covers by Sadboi, four DJs spinning a selection of emo and alternative rock, and emo karaoke. Contact Emo Night Tokyo on Instagram for information on participating in emo karaoke.

To make this Emo Night extra spooky, costumes are encouraged. The first 50 people who show up in a Halloween costume can get a free shot!

If you want to look even more spooktacular, Maria, a makeup artist, will be doing makeup for a small fee. There will be a photo booth, too. Snap a picture to commemorate your emo Halloween look!

This month’s Emo Night starts early and ends with plenty of time to catch the last train home. Now that’s a schedule this elder emo can get behind!

For emo kids, spooky monsters, and ghouls alike, Emo Night Tokyo is the place to be this Halloween!
